On April 20, 2017, at 10:30 pm, an unknown male entered a parking lot located at 40 North 3rd Street pulling on door handles to several parked vehicles. Once the suspect found an unsecured vehicle, a 2008 black Ford Mustang, he successfully started it and then drove it away in an unknown direction. On April 21, 2017, at 11:30 pm, the vehicle was found unattended and severely damaged on I-76 at Belmont Avenue.
Suspect Description: Black male, 20-25 years-of-age, full beard with mustache, braided hair, 5’8’’, thin build, wearing a black long sleeve shirt, red pants, red sneakers, and a black backpack.
