Northwest Detectives Division is looking to identify and locate the suspects for a robbery in Olney.
On Wednesday, June 11, 2014, at 11:23 pm, the complainants, three females and 1 male ages 26-28 years-of-age, were standing outside of 429 Chew Avenue after leaving a bar in the area when three unknown black males, two of who were armed with handguns, exited the alleyway and approached them. When the suspects ordered the complainants to the ground a 35 year-old-male observed what was happening and attempted to help, the suspects pointed the handguns at him ordering him to the ground. After taking the females purses, a ring, wallet and a cellphone, they fled on foot and were last seen east on Chew Avenue firing three shots into the air as they fled the area. Recovered at the scene were .40 caliber shells.
Suspect Description:
Suspect #1: Black male, 18-20 years-of-age, 6'0″, wearing a red and gray hooded sweatshirt, dark colored pants, and armed with a handgun.
Suspect #2: Black male, 18-20 years-of-age, 6'0″, wearing all dark clothing.
Suspect #3: Black male, 18-20 years-of-age, 5'9″, medium build, wearing all dark clothing, and armed with a handgun.
