- Atom Ogre Boatswain: I'd use human meat for traps. If you want to try it, meat soup neutralizes sanity boosts or drains. Maybe it will remove the sanity drain from human meat?

- Nicholas Hart: If you go around your camp to that Lawn Chair you will see to the sides 25 ft. Skinny Palm Trees with a Red Top. Those will give you the Heart of Palm.... Also, the Red Flowers in your backpack, is for reducing a Fever. Might need to make that into a soup.. Anyways your doing great, take care & God Bless.

- Frillen: Great video GameEdged, the jaguar is easy to kill as long you don't miss it with the spear or can't see it in the jungle *lol* Btw human meat is the only food source that gives you something to everything, but only if you make soup of it, otherwise you'll lose sanity :) Did you know that you can put soup into bidons by opening your backpack and drag the soup onto a bidon on the ground, a coconut bidon can hold 4 servings of soup, but you need to fill a serving into a coconut bowl before drinking or you'll drink it all and only get on food serving out of them. Also the red flowers you got is amazing in soup because they can remove fever :) You were actually close to the river and the northern part of the map which is where you find the most blueprints when you were throwing rocks at the the bees nest by the waterfall, had you gone straight north from there you would have hit the river in a couple of minutes - Actually the map isn't really that big, I can easily get from one end to another and back again within the same day, but it only looks big because you most of the time have to go around small hills and you can't really see the borders of the map because they have placed low-poly trees outside the map area to make it look like there's more :)

- Snake Doctor: I know it's still early access, and I'm expecting more content down the road, but they really need to buff the jaguar and make it more intimidating. On normal difficulty I took out one of them with a shot to the head using a weak spear. That may or may not be possible IRL, but the jaguar is quite easily the most versatile cat in the world, able to climb like a house cat, swim like a dolphin, and haul a creature 2.5 times its bodyweight up a tree. I would love to see that faithfully recreated in Green Hell. They also need more animals IMO. There's more than just a rattlesnake and a golliath bird eater to contend with in the Amazon. Great gameplay as usual, GameEdged.

- Reverend Saul: This isn't the tip of the year or anything, but I make temp bases, at all the poi, clearings, and a couple along the road. I build the shelter that you can sleep and save, and fires. That way, if I get caught out at night, or if I am exploring, and not sure how things are going to turn out, you have save points, all over the place. Still loving the vids!

The jungle is so dense which so many games dont do properly, like Far Cry 5 "Hours of Darkness" DLC was supposed to be set in the jungles of Vietnam and they were so sparse! Which ruined it completely for me, This is what it should have looked like, complete with leeches! I LOVE survival games with building, if they dont have building & crafting its a big PASS!

- comingviking: Yeah.... But then the Jaguar gets the player every time it decides to stalk him... Every time there is a capibara deficiency in the game, the player dies by default.
- Snake Doctor: It would have to be balanced, of course, but I'd almost rather them make it a challenge to kill a jaguar than just another one-shot kill out there. And until they make the meat worth the kill, or allow us to make armour from the coat, there's not really any point to the jaguar at the moment. It's basically cosmetic. Say what you will about Ubisoft, but one of the few good mechanics they had with the Far Cry franchise (games 3 and up) was creating a proper ecosystem featuring predators and prey. Just watching a tiger stalk a tapir or a deer was one of the highlights of Far Cry 3. They acted like the apex predators they are -- and that made coming up against them a real challenge until the player was better armed. And the way Creepy Jar introduced the jaguar with that picture and bio at base camp in the story made them sound terrifying, yet I killed the first one I met with a simple spear.

- Dan McPherson: You can fill the bidon(s) with different soups and I believe they do not go bad. But put the same soups in each bidon. Also, when you drink the soup from the bidon, pour it into an empty bowl to use one serving rather than drinking it from the bidon which will use two servings wasting one. You can even make maggot soup which will not make you go down in sanity.

- Thien-Viet Nguyen: when placing shelter/bed if the blueprint is yellow, that means there are some plants in the way, chop them down to make room Kill snakes when you see them, everyone is avoiding them, and then gets bitten on the second or third pass-by plant/animal/trap respawns need you to leave the area - 100 feet(may have changed in yesterdays update) traps do not need bait, but it helps if you are far enough away from your fire, the timer will pause(may have changed in yesterdays update) charcoal, log planks and rope can be fuel in the fire burned meat still gives protein and fat, no energy, -5 sanity, never spoils metal pot + one ingredient will make 30 hydration worth of soup maggot/human meat SOUP will not decrease sanity herbal plants dont always respawn as the same thing harvest a lily/tobacco, and next time it may respawn as molinaria or casava bush turn leaves into bandages immediately to save space lily/tobacco bandages cannot be used on lacerations, so keep some regular bandages campfire has 4 cook spots, but when the fire expires, the stones vanish stone ring + fire : 5 cook spots, and the stones remain grill + stone ring + fire : 8 cook spots, and the stones remain : fits under small shelter build in sequence : shelter, grill - the stone ring and fire will snap under the grill smoker + stone ring + fire : 9 cook spots, and the stones remain(haven't tried it yet, but it should work) You cannot have a grill and a smoker at the same time smoked meat lasts longer than grilled when you kill/harvest a tribal; come back later and there will be a line of maggots and dent in the grass left by the body in the plane crash cave, you see a line of maggots next to the bed; tribals spawn near the cave

- tiny tim: you have to cook that red flower in a bowl of water. it's medicine for something. not sure what, haven't payed much attention to it. there is also another plant that looks similar to that red flower plant that gives a high carb goodie. make sure you cook it first or youll puke til you die.
