- Leon Hume: You should prepare your base for retaliation from the bandits before you start attacking them. You don't have to go to crazy with the walls right now. Just build enough to limit their access to entry points to the house. Create a choke point to funnel them to your preferred firing spot. If you rescue the hostage, prepare to give them some food because their stats will be low and weapons so they can start defending the base. I also think you should start using the M4 only for raids and defending the base as soon as you start this fued lol.

- Beardiful Galopy: Can you fence off around the front door and just hop it to leave and enter but still be secure from Zs and raiders? Secure the end to the exterior walls of the house. Basically pen in you front door. Yes. I do realize that your NPCs will then be trapped inside the house and unable to get to workstations set up outside. I also realize that you’ve got walls set up outside by now.

They can help build stuff but as soon as attack them they start attacking you at your base... Get a fridge and a generator the NPCs well eat and drink from there.... And they need a bed....

- Michael gamersblood: Oh you can build a security locker as well to keep them from getting your stuff... Keep un locked lockers on top of roofs were you can jump up to get npc don't jump or climb stuff I normally keep lockers on the water tower and park a car in front of the ladder.

- B2kGames: pro tip 1. their are only 3 bandit camp on the map one north one west and one bottom east . 2. find a bear spawn location and build a chicken fence around it now you have a bear trap with unlimited food and can't get killed enjoy the food 😆 3. when making dry meat food counter goes back to 99% takes 4 meat or so to fill you up
